Default Red spots on face

For the past couple of days i have been getting some redish colored spots on my face, I dont know what the cause is, but i think it may be because of the heat as i have been going out in the sun a lot lately.

I use sunscreen to, but what else could I do to prevent these spots from appearing on my skin. Or what other reasons are there for this happening on my skin?

Hmm is this red spots internal? I got some kinda internal bleeding on my face before. It wasn't a big deal because it went off just a couple of days ago. If the heat caused that maybe you should wash your face more often. Is it iching or something?

Is it really spots or does it sort of look like veins? If it's the latter, then the culprit would most likely be the extreme heat. I get that too but only during the cold winter months. I think it's the extreme temperature that causes it.
