Default Glowing Skin

Every women wants to have glowing skin and tries everything to get it like that. Sometimes the best of beauty products and regimes like cleansing, toning and moisturizing don't seem to work either, well don't exactly give the glowing effect that is required by some.

But listen up ladies, there is a good and effective way which will make your skin look fresh and glowing and that is by yoga. This is not just easy but also very effective, cheap and wont harm you in any way.

Breathing and reducing stress
Pranayam (controlling of bio energy) which is the yoga way of breathing is very necessary. Breathing is a natural part of life and also purifies the blood. The yogic ways of breathing involve deep breathing and rapid breathing which help in releases the toxins from the skin, but this should be learnt from a instructor or someone who knows about yoga.
The most beneficial time to do these breathing exercises is in a well ventilated area between the hours of 6.30am and 8.30am.
By doing these yogic breathing exercises everyday it will make your very aware of the needless tension in the facial muscles.

Asanas to delay wrinkles
Asanas are yogic postures and improve the bodies flexibility and also vitality. The time duration for asanas is between 3mins to 4mins, and then take rest and repeat is required.
A common asanas known as Surya Namaskar (saluting the sun), improve to regulate the hormones which have an impact on the skin too. With this the body changes from inside and purification begins which will have a positive affect on our skin, which in return help to reduce wrinkles and dark circles.

Mudras to purify blood
Mudras (pressure points) are something which allow certain parts of the body to be influenced. A finger mudra by the name of Varun mudra helps in many skin disorders, and its also quite simple as you just need to join your little finger tip with the tip of your thumb, making sure the rest of your fingers are straight. Make sure that the nails are not pressed, as this will cause dryness of the skin. This can be performed anywhere at any time.
Mudra benefits includes purifying the skin, balancing the water elements, helps in getting rid of dehydration and stomach infections.

Although these help in skin problems and making it look good, these are not cures.

Haha your funny farce! But on a serious note the yoga exercises that Harpreet's mentioned do make a lot of difference, as my sister in law (brothers wife) does yoga, and when seeing her after a month i was surprised she had beautiful skin, no spots and a bright and clean face.

I guess yoga's an optional answer for glowing skin. Yoga is like meditation, so the aging process can be slowed down if yoga is practiced regularly and gain physical, psychological and mental benefits.

I would love to have my glowing skin back. The techniques seems easy but it would be difficult for beginners like me, I guess. It's really hard to meditate when your stressed out with works. What do you think I should do first? I hope this will help me.

How does yoga helps your skin glow? I'm curious about this stuff. Well as for me don't get yourself stressed if you want to look young. Eat healthy foods like veggies and fruits.

Default Yoga

As in yoga we concentrate on postures and above all breathing techniques. I would like to say that breathing is the very evidence of our existence. what is the proof that we are alive? Our Breath. so we all are nothing just a breath. So when we start concentrate on our breath we connect ourselves to our existence. We come close to ourselves. We all in true sense are spiritual beings. Peace is our real nature. In that way we come close to our true nature which is calm & peaceful. When we feel peace so everything starts getting peaceful. In that way our skin gets relaxed and look young. Our over all health gets improved. That's way yoga & meditation are helpful for over all health.

I think it is brain activity not breathing that determines life,
you can have brain activity but not breathing
(at least for some time) and you would be still alive, but if you are
breathing (through devices) but your brain has no activity then you
are not alive.

Thumbs up Hi

Dear farce i wrote it just to explain the importance of our breath. In yoga we start concentrate on our breath. we don't concentrate on brain. You are right but here I am discussing the importance of yoga. Which involves lots of breathing techniques. It's true nothing can be done without having a brain.
