oh thats bad,
to clarify there is no effective cure for scars naturally. You have to undergo a surgery again to over come that scar.
Other way is there are many skin color stickers available specially for covering up the scars. You can get the exact your skin color by visiting your nearest skin clinic. These are effective to hide scars and are very cost effective. As your scar is on upper thigh it wont be much problem to hide it.

I think that they sell creams for scars. I don't think that it will make them disappear all together, but they are suppose to help them fade.

I always thought that creams with Vitamin E was good for scars.

I saw a product on tv for scar removal it's a cream that will make the scar vanish in a couple of days. I heard some testimonials of it but haven't tried it yet cuz it's kinda costy for a small bottle of it.

What kind of scar is it? Is it keloid? If it is then contractubex might work for you. It's really good in treating scars even those that's been there for years. I have a raised keloid scar on my knee and it used to be very noticeable but after constant application of contractubex, my scar is no longer as conspicuous. It's flat now so I just cover it with make-up and no one can tell I have a scar. Try it!

^Yes contractubex will work on old scars. Mine is almost 15 years and it still works. Just be consistent in your application and don't lose hope. It will surely flatten if it's raised before. But if it's already flat, try spot treatment with whitening products. It's not an overnight thing but it will make a difference.

I heard that cocoa butter was good, but I'm not sure. You may have to apply a whole lot over a long period of time just for it to fade from your skin.

Really? Wow that's amazing I thought those old scars has some low possibility to be removed by creams. I want that one by the way how much does it cost?
