Sleep is very vital for healthy skin. At least 6-8 hours every night. Our bodies repair themselves while we're sleeping. So sleep, good nutrition and water are all good things for healthy skin. And be sure to use a good water based moisturizer.

Find a good facial cleanser, one that is good for your skin type. For some, water and soap work best; others need something that removes oil and uncloggs pores; others need a cleansing lotion that moisturizes.

Thanks for the info. I really drink alot of water too. I do apply cream that can unclog pores and at the same moisturizes skin.

Default No Soap

My mom has always told me to never use soap on my face. I'm not sure if that's the reason that my skin is so clear, but since I've been doing that at about the age of 16, I don't get as much ache.

I also agree with the previous posters: plenty of water and staying away from junk food. It's sooo hard though! I find I have more acne when I'm not eating very healthy

My mother taught me to use lemon as facial moisturerizer. It works!
And yes to drinking plenty of water and eating fruits, especially at the golden age.

Here's my thought about this. You need to have enough sleep that means do not stay up late or else you'll end up having eyebags. Also eat lots of fruits and veggies. Don't forget to stay away from the sun.
