putting lip balm regularly helps minimize cracked lips specially during cold season. stay away from lipstick with heavy chemicals...if you can use lip gloss the better

By the way i use to use Chap Stick in winter season to protect my lips and it's easy to use and i apply it 4 to 5 times in a day.

Lip Balm is really good way to prevent dry lips...Also apply milk cream at night before sleeping.Milk cream act as a good moisturizer.
