When to clean? Cleansing depends on the skin type, which predominantly determines how, how much and how often skin will need to be cleaned. Usually it is considered convenient and ideal to cleanse skin first thing in the morning & last thing at night. Though the time convenience is a major factor, there are other practical & scientific reasons governing this timing for cleansing. |

Oh I think that's very common to people cleaning themselves up in the morning and before going to bed. There's nothing more relaxing than a bath before bedtime.

I agree that most people wash in the morning and before bed. I think it is very important to wash my face with a mild soap both when I wake up and before bed. I have my kids wash when they have been playing hard also. It is important to keep clean skin. |

I think that goes without saying. Nobody should go to bed with the gunk on their face and upon awakening, it is necessary to wash the face to prepare it for the day as the skin secretes the oil during the night while it's regenerating itself.

2-3 washes a day makes your skin clean and healthy. Most people wash their face one in the morning and one before going to bed. But to keep you face more moisturize, you can wash your face during noon breaks.

This reminded me that I need to take better care of my skin.. no wonder I'm starting to get pimples again. I need to also find my Proactiv. That stuff always works for me. Gotta love it!
