Hi all
I am 27 years old and I have 2 kids one is 9 and the other is 7 . I was married early in 17. My friends who were studying with me are now getting married . I look aged in front of them is it because i gave birth to 2 kids or what ?I feel so embarass . suggest me how to look younger.

raising two kids does involve stress, and stress can take its toll
on the skin. you can try yoga or something to reduce stress.

There are plenty of reasons why you (and many other people) look aged. It's very common because lots of people live certain lifestyles. The most common cause is stress. Also, it could be that you're not getting enough sleep. Poor nutrition is also a cause.

I agree with Hirami. Nutrition is one of the key factors to maintaining your youthful appearance. Although I must disagree with stress being associated to having kids. I have two kids, I am 37 years old and I don't even look 30. It is all in how you handle your life. Relaxation is very important and loving yourself and your life also. Raising kids could be a challenge but if you love being a mom, it certainly shouldn't be a factor in losing your good looks.

Maybe stress levels differ depending on the number of kids that you have. You are very lucky to have children and still not be stressed out , ButterflyEs. A lot of people can't handle that, and it gets to be too much for them at times.

I can certainly understand that Hirami. And I certainly have other sources of stress as well, lol. I don't think any of us is immune to stress, regardless of how easy going we might be.

Like many others have said, it definitely has a lot to do with stress. Also, everyone ages differently. I've seen people in their early 20s who look like they could be in their 40s. There can also be people in their 40s, who look like they're in their 20s. Diet and exercise also play a huge role.

I agree with what the others said. Stress can really damage our skin making as look tired and older. So no matter how busy you are with your kids, you should have time to relax and pamper yourself once in awhile. Take time to do some morning stretches perhaps just for 15 minutes daily. Wash your face daily before going to sleep and always put moisturizer.

It may be that you have had to grow up alot quicker than your friends who are now getting married. Stress can cause you to look older as well as smoking and drinking can do. It all depends on your lifestyle.
