Default Sun damages your skin

Do not ignore the fact that sun will do anything to damage your skin. Its harmful Ultra Violet rays can even be a cause of Skin Cancer. If something is so harmful then we start working against it. Simple protect your skin from sun by not exposing it directly to the sun as direct exposure to the sun will premature aging and hence wrinkles. Wrinkles are something that no women want so cover yourself up before going out in the sun. Sun can also burn your skin and it will eventually start peeling so cool it by washing your face again and again in summers and even by rubbing the ice on it. You must have read it many time or heard it a lot but we still would want to repeat this use sun screen.

Yes, using sunscreen is very important. When I was growing up, most people didn't care about the damage that the sun can cause - most would sun bathe without any protection, and having your skin peel was cosidered normal... I am glad things are different now!

It is best to apply sunblock if you are going to have a long walk in a sunny day. Sunblock can protect your skin from harmful UV rays of the sun that can cause skin cancer.

I wish I was better at keeping up with using sun block. I always end up getting burnt. At least I don't go out that much, right?

I always ignore the sun's harmful rays when I go out I don't bring any umbrella or a hat with me. =) Now I'm totally not showing up to the sun.

I have made it a habit to keep a small cute bottle of sunscreen in my handbag. I do a lot of traveling during the day so it’s imperative to keep sunscreen.

I'm hoping this next year I remember to wear sunblock, because I usually end up getting burnt when I'm outside. Good for me, I'm inside most the time

If you have nothing to do out in the sun, stay inside. If it is very important and you need to go out, bring your umbrella to avoid sun damaging rays. Better yet, go out early in the morning where the sunshine is not so hot.
