The weather in the winters also is harmful for your skin as it makes your skin dry, flaky and irritated. So a balance has to be maintained even in winters for a good and glowing skin. Do not think that sun will not do any harm to your skin in the winters. In fact it can be the worse in the winters. Even in winters when you move out of the house do not forget to cover your skin with a good sun screen. The burning sun in winters can tan your skin and burn it and the UVA radiation can cause wrinkling of the skin, premature aging and skin cancer. .

Good advice. I always make a point of buying a face cream that already has a level of SPF 15 in it. |

But in winter times, isn't enough to just use a lotion to prevent your skin from being dehydrated or simply damaged?

I understand how easy it can be to disregard the sun in the wintertime, especially if the weather is always cloudy. There are a lot of creams and moisturizers that you can buy that will give you the proper protection in the winter.
