Default Reduce Bath time in Winter

It is very important that in winters we should reduce our bath time to half. The winters as it is make our skin dry by taking away all the moisture and natural oils from them and if we keep soaked ourselves in hot water for long the remaining natural oils and moisture will get washed away. So one should remain cautious and not indulge in long baths in winters especially bathing with hot water, because the water will pull away all the moisture from your skin and would leave you with a dry skin which will encourage flakes and burns. Keep the water like warm. Even in summers make sure that the water is not too cold to bath as it will again wash off the moisture from your skin.

I only take baths once or twice a week as showers are much quicker and use less water. I also believe that having a shower cleanses the body much better than soaking in the water. That's why my baths are more for relaxation purposes than cleaning.

I'm not really a bath person. It's been a while. I like showers much better, so much easier. I could just stand in the shower w my man for HOURS. It's so relaxing

Yeah hot/warm water can really dry your skin so I try to shower using slightly colder (but still warm) water.

It's tough for me, because in the winter, I really want to take an insanely hot shower. I have it so hot I can barely stand it. Not good I know
