Many people hate Papaya for their smell and for their taste. But if they get to know about the power of the papaya and the magic it can do to our skin and health they will definitely turn Papaya lovers. Papaya is not only good in taste but it is also a low calorie fruit. So if you intend to get a glowing skin and be in shape at the same time consume a lot of papayas. Papayas have a lot of Vitamin A that protects our skin from different damages and keeps our skin glowing and young. Papaya is also good when it come to dry skin. There are many face packs that can be made from papayas to keep the skin glowing.

Papaya is also a very good antioxidant. As an added benefit, it also reduces high blood pressure.

Oh I love papaya too. I eat papaya 2-4 times a week. I believe it helps to prevent constipation because I rarely become constipated. There are lots of papaya lotions and soaps on the marktet because it is believed that it helps to lighten the skin. |
