Default What is SPF in suncream?

I would like to know what is SPF in suncream/sunblock. I don't have any idea. Currently when I go I purchase one which have more SPF. Would like to know what shuld I buy though.

SPF is Sun Protection Factor. A higher number means more protection
from the sun's rays. Get SPF 30 that should be enough. If you are
light skinned and will be spending many hours in the sun then get
something higher. Also wear sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat.

And reapply your sunscreen every 3-4 hours
