Your skin reflects your health and your beauty so take care of it thoroughly. Eat well and make sure that you drink enough water to make the toxins flush away. If you feel that you skin is dry after all the care you have been taking then stop and think about the soap that you have been washing your face with. Most of the soaps available in the market, no matter what they claim, dry the skin. Yes herbal soaps can be good for skin but other beauty soaps available in the market instead use a face wash or cream to clean your face.

| You're right about drinking water. I've noticed, the more water I drink, the better my skin looks and feels. I used to NEVER drink water, and wow! what a difference it makes |

Ofcourse water is the cheapest product available in this world for overall health. As your health also reflects on face so we must need some extra care of our face.I feel the digestive system is very much important. Drinking lots of water also removes toxin from body as well as keep our digestive system working properly. Mostly acnes and pimples are on face due to constipation or poor digestive system.
