Default Help with pimples please

Help with this please. Okay, so after all these years I managed to took good care of myself not to have pimples. I do still have problems with blackheads all over my faces, but right now my main problem is pimples. Pimples not in my face, but in my body! Most of them in my back. They're actually not all over my body but you could really see a clear concentration of them in my shoulders and in the back of it. Gosh, I was really shocked when I discovered it. Does anyone here knows what to do about it? I'm always wearing T-shirts so I don't suppose its dirt. What could it be? Please help, I really don't want my skin to be ruined.

Thumbs up hi

It's good to take care of your face. But in case of pimples it definitely needs some extra care. I would like to ask that do you know your skin type. May be your skin is oily. oily skin is more prone to have pimples. The products which you are using are recommended by any professional/specialist of this field. The pimples on your body may be because of sweating. in summers it happens. You can start with drinking lots of water. Blackheads because of dirt not removed properly from your face. Gradually this dirt becomes blackheads.

I'm not sure what causes them really, cuz it sounds like you're doing a good job since nowhere else on your body has em. Hmm... where do you work? I'm wondering if you're doing something where you sweat a lot??? My bf always had that trouble.. and by wearing the shirt, it's making you sweat more where you don't want to, because it leads to the pimples. What has worked MIRACLES for me is Proactiv. It really does work. I use it on my face and my back, and also my shoulders and upper arms. It's the best thing I've ever come across. Everyone I've ever known that used it, it's been amazing and it takes care of the pimples really fast too

Could be some sort of keratinosis in that case you need proper treatment ...

home remedies are unlikely to work on those

I've used Proactiv since I was about 18 (I'm 28 now) and I swear by this product. I live in Canada so I have to order it by phone... I'm not sure about the US or anywhere else... but it's so worth it... I only get break-outs once a month now... and sometimes not even then... it helps to keep my skin clear, exfoliated and doesn't dry it out... also I have oily skin and it has helped with that too.
Great product... you should give it a try. I had such problem skin before I started using it... always breaking out... nothing worked... anything would cause a skin irritation.

Your pimples must be a due to the body temperature.. I had the same thing.. i tried a few things and finally i avoided eating chicken and started drinking as much of fruit juices and that reduced my body temperature and in a weeks time i could see the change.. try it.

Question.. are you eating a lot of greasy foods lately, or maybe you're exercising more or out in the sun more so sweating more? Or, are you more stressed than you used to be. All these things can cause you to have pimples

Hello. Thank you for the answer. Actually, I do not know what my skin type is. And I also do not stay that much in the sun. In fact, I'm always just in my room 97% of the day, literally. Its because as of now I'm exploring the life of a free lancer and so I usually write blogs and those sorts.

Hi abeja! First of all thanks for your time. Actually, I just work at home right now. I'm trying online free lancing. That is why I can't understand it why I'm getting these pimples now. Its so irritating. I don't really sweat a lot either. By the way, you mentioned this Proactiv. Honestly, I don't what that is and this is the first time that I have heard about it. Is that the name of the product or the brand? I'm very interested since you already tried it out yourself. Can you pleas give me any link you know to some reviews about it? Is it also available in local stores?

I'll message you when I find links for you ok. And yes, Proactiv is the brand name. It's done wonders for me. Honestly, don't use as much as they tell you on the bottle. They want you to use a lot it seems, so you have to buy more. The amount they tell you is used in a 'month' has lasted me over a year now. I only use it when I feel the need to. It really takes care of your skin quickly.

Another thing you could try is toothpaste, that is until you find something else to use. I'm not too sure if it's good for your skin though...

I don't have pimples in my back. Maybe it is due to sweat. Is it something hereditary? I suggest before you apply something, consult first a doctor because it might irritate you skin. It maybe an allergy.

Hi I am reading the whole thread and I got interested to learn regarding Proactiv because my bf got the same problem. He got a multiple pimples in his back which is until now we doesn't know what is the best remedy for it. I research regarding Proactiv and I got this link http://www.proactiveskinproducts.com/. But I think it still best to consult with a doctor before proceeding to use any meds, just to be sure that it will never get worst.

You know we had the same problem. The thing is I just tried to take a bath as many times as I can in a day and it was gone. It returns sometimes but I manage by just doing that. I think it could just be dirt although it seems impossible.

Thank you soo much. I think I'll go with pro activ instead of tooth paste since I need something that I can still apply even if I wear my clothes.

I've had acne since I was in high school. I've tried many products and researched the condition. Surprisingly, acne is not caused by dirt in fact frequent washing can irritate the skin and cause break-outs.

You have to make sure to wash your body specially your back thoroughly. Wash your hair first and then body wash because residues from shampoo and conditioner can clogged your pores. Make sure you're able to rinse everything well before getting out of the shower.
