Default Damages sun can cause to your skin

Sun burnt is not the only damage that sun can do to your skin. Direct and over exposure to sun can result in many problems. Some of them are premature aging of skin leading to wrinkles. Sun can damage your skin cells. Sun can also have negative effect on the immune system. Tiny blood vessels may start appearing on your skin. Freckles and white spots are the most common damage caused by sun. Then you may also have skin bumps. Dryness, redness, itchiness and sensitive skin reactions are damages that are a parcel of over exposure to sun.

Thumbs up Hi

Beauty girl has said right. The sun's rays, which are called ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B rays (UVA and UVB rays) damage your skin. This leads to early wrinkles, skin cancer and other skin problems. Use sunscreens with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or more. Put the sunscreen everywhere the sun's rays might touch you, including your ears, the back of your neck and bald areas of your scalp.

It's kinda random that I read this thread now. I just got burnt soooo bad the other day from walking in the sun for about 3 hours straight. It was a few days ago and it's still red and now it's starting to peel. I have NEVER been burnt so bad. Luckily, I bought sunblock yesterday
