Beauty Girl is on a distinguished road
Default Sun and your skin

Directly exposed to the sun is very harmful to your skin as the skin may soaks the UV rays. The studies say that UV rays can cause skin cancer. Over exposure to sun can also lead to premature aging of the skin and can result in sun damaged skin. If you expose you skin too much in the sun then you may also have sun burnt. Your skin will become reddish and painful and even begin to peel. It can cause itchiness and dryness. So it is advisable to drink as much water as you can in summers so that the skin can breathe well and always apply sun screen when going out in the sun.
