Default Supplements for your skin

Many a times your daily diet does not contain all the vitamins and nutrients required to keep your skin looking healthy and get the glow. What you can do is to include these dietary supplements to make sure that the skin is receiving its desired supplements. If you have a dry skin then intake a lot of vitamin B-complex, vitamin A, selenium ,vitamin B12, zinc and vitamin E. And if you have oily skin then you can go in for vitamin B-complex, vitamin A, flax seed oil, vitamin B12, zinc and vitamin E and beta carotene. If you skin is a combination of the two then or is a normal skin then you can take in primrose oil, beta carotene, vitamin B-complex, vitamin A, selenium ,vitamin B12, zinc and vitamin E.

What are the side effects of these supplements.Well according to my dermatologist, what I need to do to keep my skin in good looking condition is to drink more water, good sleeping habit and using of soap with lactomellis.

Supplements can help in nurturing skin but I'm afraid of the side effects coming from taking the supplements. Aren't you?

they are just vitamins, I don't think they would have any side affects at all!

I'm thinking about taking some hair and skin supplements. You get get them as either natural remedies or essential vitamins. I think that side effects are extremely minimal.

I am not really worried about side effects. All natural ingredients have very minimal side effects and even then, they are quite rare. When you compare all the benefits you can get from the supplements to the potential side effects, I think it is better to go for them than not taking anything at all.

I haven't heard any side effects from food supplements, they are composed of natural ingredients.
