Healthy Skin
For a healthy skin you need a healthy body. So remember that many of your skin problems actually get generated with the kidneys. We need to keep the kidney healthy by drinking a lot of water and eating foods with high level of iodine. Make sure you that diet includes carrots, beetroot and leafy vegetables. Make a note to start your day with a glass of water add some lemon and honey to it for best results. Try and drink at least 10 - 12 glasses of water in a day, this will not only improve your digestion but also give a glow to your skin.
