Default Pills for beautiful Skin

Many supermodels national and international have been relying on pills such as multivitamins to give that glow to their skin. Today the secret behind beautiful skin no more resides in lotions, creams and facials. Beauty pills are available everywhere and are used by almost all the celebrities who use them as supplements for beautiful skin. Effect of pollution, under nourishment, wrinkles and so on can be effect fully dealt with oils. If you have realized you would have realized that people who eat olive oil regularly in their diet have much lesser wrinkles and skin problems compared to others. Similarly Vitamin C also helps in reducing the fine lines thus delays the aging process. Vitamin A helps in reducing the wrinkles and improves the skin texture. Vitamin E can make your skin tight.

Thumbs up Hi

very informative. I think taking pills are better than using lots of beauty products. Though I have not tried but I think it would be better. Because in today's polluted world we need something good for our skin. Which is also easy to use. Can you tell me that is it safe to have these pills. is there any side effects of these pills.

you cant get skin like super models. They don't just take multivitamins. They actually work hard for it. They have a fixed diet, they sacrifice their food, they don't roam in sunlight, they do proper exercises under a trained master.. so they get it that way you need to be full time working on it.

I didn't know there were pills for that. That seems kinda strange to me! Hmm... I don't think I would do it that way. I use my Proactiv, which works like a charm. Then, I TRY not to get too much sun exposure and I TRY (but don't really succeed) at trying to eat right lol. I've never used any creams or anything like that on my face

There is also the fact that not all supermodels or stars have great skin. When we see them on TV or in the magazines, they are wearing a ton of make-up. Underneath that, some of them have worse skin than some of us, yet they still get away with it. Besides, I think taking care of yourself the best you can is rewarding enough - if we always strive to look like other people, we'll never be happy with ourselves.

Trying to meet what you're expected for is not bad, but one thing for sure to lessen future frustations, be contented for what you are.

Yeah I believe vitamins can help in maintaining nice, clear skin. Aside from multivitamins, supplements like CoQ10, rosehip/borage oil, vitamin C (large doses like 1g a day), omega 3 etc. can help you in achieving nice, glowing skin. You also have to eat healthy, excercise and sleep early for it to work.

I did not know that Vitamin C helps in glowing the skin, all I knew is that it strengthen the gums Thanks for the information.

I have heard from my old colleagues that they use contraceptive pills to have smoother skin. They say that it is rich in female hormones that will help you have smooth skin. Has anybody tried this already?
