Default Basic Skin Care

It is very important to cleanse your skin as it removes the dirt, bacteria and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. It is the most aspect of skin care if you need a skin that looks healthy and beautiful. Cleansing should not be limited to the face; the body should also be cleansed. Though there is a different way to cleanse the body, than cleansing the face. After cleansing you need toning which does a number of things to keep your skin looking healthy. Toning not only removes the dirt and debris that are left after cleansing, it also restores the skin's natural pH balance. It is also very beneficial for the pores as it helps to tighten them up and make the skin look smoother. Then comes moisturizing which helps to prevent moisture loss. Moisturizing also provides a protective layer to stop moisture loss from the skin. One should also drink a lot of water to retain skin moisture. People with dry skin should moisturize their skin regularly.

Don't frequently change your bath soaps, it will create allergy sometimes. Use a standard and permanent soap, it will be better for your skin.

I have read that using the same shampoo over a length of time can leave residues in the hair and the best way to avoid this is an occasion change (for a single wash at least )in the shampoo brand.

with soaps does it work the opposite way ?
