Everyone is different and we all have our likes and dislikes. Some people want their significant other to like the same things, share the same ideas and opinions and enjoy the same kinds of activities. That could be any number of things like: Horseback Riding, Skydiving, Rock Climbing, Bowling, and etc, etc.

If you could create the perfect mate, what would they be like?

well, i would like someone who had the same spiritual level as me or higher, someone who complimented me(meaning made up for my flaws!) and had similiarities with me(at the mental level)...someone who shared some important goals in life...IMPOSSIBLE, isn 't it? i know....

i am looking for someone without being too idealistic...any help?

Hmm... If given that chance... They would be like someone who is understanding, nice, not smart not too dumb either, easy to get along with, and above all, the one we always forget to wish, that person loves me.

I would clone myself and just change the gender.

My perfect mate would be the one that I have right now! I am extremely lucky that I found everything that I have been looking for in him. We are very different in some ways but we have awesome time together and best of all, we love to talk for hours to each other even after all these years.

Well i would like my partner to be like me, as in enjoy the things i do, have the same interests as me, whether its hobbies, shopping, activities or going out to certain places. He should be able to joke around and also take jokes, which is important and just be a good laugh.
Wonder if there is someone like that.

I would like my partner to think alike but different in taste... By that I mean, our mental wavelength should match on general issues... But she should have something different in herself than mine... For example likeness in cuisines, genre of movies & music, hobbies, etc should be different... Else for me, life will be a bit monotonous...

Luckily my partner likes too many different things... And I'm always open to try out her new ideas (for me)... So does she!

I would like my partner to be more understanding and caring,and the one with whom i can enjoy every part of my life. I Am Glad to say I got him and I could not get anybody better them him. He is the best for me.

btw one cannot create a perfect mate....its jus that we need to find tht someone who understnds & supports u, has a similar lifestyle, believes in u, respects u n ur values n ur family, is concerned, qualified, ....rest a lot of it can be managed i think......

Guess i don't believe in perfect, i myself is not perfect so who ever comes along and treat me well. And i'm the type of person if you treat me nice i can give you the right treatment, but once you hit my inner divilish attitude. lol I don't give chances.

If I could find a perfect guy, he must be an angel sent by God but I don't think that's going to happen. I prefer to be with someone who's compatible with me, someone who could accept and love me for what I am and I'll do the same to him. Compatibility is a must, it's a secret to a long-lasting relationship.

I don't think it'll be any fun if a person is exactly like us. A little variation can be exciting, and remember what they say, opposites attract.

I agree if your partner thinks the same way as you then he'll be so predictable. That's why I always consider individual diffirences.

My perfect mate is funny, caring and understanding. He does little things for me for no reason. He brings home flowers just because. He calls to say he is thinking of me.

Remember there's really no such thing as the perfect mate. Even someone that we love a lot will do something or have something about them that annoys us. The important thing is that we learn to work out our differences.

Hey that's so true, even if I had the boy of my dreams there's still some of his character that annoys me a lot. But no matter how annoying it is I still managed to get used to it.
