Do you think that it's a good idea for a man and a woman who aren't married live together? I've been told that doing this will lead to sin (premarital sex). Do you think it's possible for a man to live with a woman without it leading to sex?

Well, it is a though question. In my place, it is not usual for an unmarried man and woman to live together. Doing so, you will end up getting social punishment. Even if they (the man and woman) do "nothing", they will still be frowned upon.

I guess it's just how I was brought up, and it may seem a little old fashioned, but when I think about it, if you're living with a man, he probably would want sex after awhile.

If you found a man who had the same values and respected you then he should be able to wait, but you may find it difficult while living together.

Finding a person that shared the same kind of values as me would be great, but probably difficult. My kind of values are probably what people would consider old -fashioned or outdated, so there's a possibility that the person who shares these values could be very old-fashioned (women shouldn't wear pants or work kind of old-fashioned), too.

Living with a man does not have to lead to sex.

There are plenty of women out there who share the same values as you too. It may take some time to find a partner who is willing to wait for you to marry, but it does happen, and such men do exist.

I still feel that I would be too uncomfortable living with another person. The thought of a person knowing my habits and what I'm like after hours makes me think that the person would learn too much about me too fast (and vice versa).
