Has anyone ever had a quarter life crisis? It's sort of like a mid-life crisis except it happens when you're younger. I didn't realize that I was going through one myself at first. It made me a little depressed because after I graduated from college, I had to move back in with my mom and brother, and I had a hard time getting employed at first.

I think I'm having one right. I'm really depressed so to speak. I don't have a job and obviously money. I don't know what to do with my life. The future really scares me.

I have never experienced it and I am getting closer to 40. I don't believe that I am prone to any type of crisis, as I have a very positive mental picture of my whole life and I reinforce this picture with affirmations every day.

I think I could be having one of those right now. I'm at a point where I've realized that I don't like the direction my life is going, but I seemed trapped in the situations I'm in. It's a miserable place to be.

I understand. For me, I felt like things were all going downhill once I changed my major from chemistry to creative writing. Obviously, I'm not making as much money as I could be making if I were a chemist, but I found what really helped me was finding something that I was good at. See if that works for you.
