I don't know if you have an experience like you get annoyed to a staff of a store that keeps bugging you and ends up you can't choice what you want to buy. I give tips to those who accommodate nicely.

I don't like being followed by a sales person when I shop. It's like someone stalking you. I usually leave the store when that happens unless I really like the items in their store. I like browsing through the clothes or items on my own. But sometimes it's also annoying when you can't find a single sales person when you need them.

Yes both the ways its correct . But most of the times its very irritating when some one follows you ever were and keeps a watch on what you are looking at

Ahhh yeah! Sometimes I walk away from a store if a sales rep keeps following me. It's annoying and sometimes I think they are invading my personal space. Haha. ![]() I don't blame them though. Maybe they just want to earn a little more. |

i would definitely agree there, sometimes sales reps are annoying. whenever they are following me around, i feel like i'm a thief that's actually being monitored. with them bugging me around, i can't actually concentrate on choosing what i wanted to buy...can you??

I don't like when sales assistants follow you around and keep asking if you are OK and can they help you, I hate when they are rude and completely ignore you. I prefer if they just said "I'm here if you need anything" what I normally say if they keep following me is "I'm just browsing today" it normally sends them packing.

Over attentive sales people are really annoying...but I tell ya...it's even more frustrating when you have a question and cannot find anyone to ask! I've had that happen too! When I was a young teen and my mom took me to this one place to get a bra I was absolutely horrified when the saleslady tossed open the dressing room curtain without warning to see how I was doing!! I still, to this day can't figure out why she did that!!

I agree... I will walk into a store and they are like vultures... Can I help you find something. I'm thinking "holy cripe, I just came in here". I always say No thanks I'm fine. If they keep coming back, then I'm a bit more rude. Or at least my tone is. If I want help, I'll find it. I don't need them hounding me every second. |

I have been fortunate with sales reps - when they ask if I need help and I politely tell them, "No, thank you, I am fine," they usually leave me alone. I'd leave if I was being followed around, too. If I want help, I will ask for it.

I agree! They get annoying when they keep following you around and watch your every move. But I like those who are there to assist, not just there to stare at whether you're going to buy or not. It's simply annoying and disrespectful to the buyer.

That's right most of the time it pisses me off especially if I'm just going to check on it. I hate it when they stare at me for long cuz it makes me feel like i'm in a wanted list.

I always politely decline their offer for help as I don't like being influenced on my decisions. Store staff is hardly ever helpful unless it is a technical advice I am seeking. Thus, I stay away from them and prefer to do all the purchasing on my own.

| I don't mind when a salesperson asks me if I need help with anything, but only when I look like I need help. Most salepeople need to be trained to help people who show signs of requyiring some help. Some signs people may need help are when they look around for a salesperson, or are really looking hard for their size. The hovering sales people make me uncomfortable.

| I like when they greet me as I walk through the door or ask if I need help with anything, but I don't want to be followed or asked a million questions. It honestly would make me want to leave the store. What bad experiences have you guys had with this?
