I don't really like autopay but there are a few things that I had to set up. For example, I pay for my website once a year, and my internet had to be auto pay I think. I worry that I may forget it's set up and then get overdrawn. I'd rather do auto pay on my credit card, than my debit.

I use autopay on my credit card for my phone bill only but the rest, I pay in cash. I'm also worried about overcharging. There have been some complaints of companies charging their clients twice in one month so I think paying cash is better.

| That's a good point. Anything I pay online is using my credit card, because that way no actually money is taken from my bank account without my permission. I figure that way, if there is a mistake, I will still have money in my account and don't have to worry about how long it's going to take for the bank people to fix the problem

I am the same way, I don't like any surprises when it comes to money on my bank account. Autopay would have me worried all the time, especially if I had several of them - has this one come in yet? Do I still have that much or has another chunk of money been taken out?
