According to me, apart from maintaing the reasonable price, Ambience of the stores also matter. This is the reason why i prefer shopping in those stores only which have good ambience, Like Globus, Lifestlye, Shoppers Stop, Mark and Spencer etc to name few. What do u all feel? " |

It is hard to expect a specific ''ambiance'' in big chain stores; thus, I don't really look for it when I shop them. However, if I were to shop at a specific boutique or another small store, I would definitely look for a pleasant atmosphere as well.

Actually, I think the ambience of the store can affect your shopping experience. I am much more likely to spend time in a store that I feel comfortable in. If the ambience of the store is not something I'm comfortable with, I'm probably not going to stay long. Of course, if I don't stay long, then I probably won't buy much.

I guess that's the reason most stores are re-vamping their looks lately. I have been noticing a lot ''zen'' style decorations that is supposed to give you a calm and pleasant feeling; thus, improving your shopping experience, and their profits. |
