Here is the doctor report of my friend. Can anyone please confirm what does this mean ? She had pregnancy and got it aborted ?

Findings -

Gravid uterus with single intrauterine gestational sac is seen.
Secondary yolk sac is seen. Cardiac activity is not appreciated during this study.
Mean gestational sac measures 11mm,corresponding to 5 weeks 2 days.

Cervix is normal.Internal Os of cervix is closed.
No intra/retrochrionic haemorrhage is noted.
No adnexal mass lesion is noted.
No free fluid in the pouch of douglas.

Impression -

Single intrauterine gestational sac of 05 weeks 2 days.

report -

irregular heterogenous endometrium with residual products in the cevical canal

Where did you get this. You are not supposed to access
your friend's confidential and personal medical information.

From medical report. I really want to know so that I can help her.

seems to me she is getting medial help ..... why would you want to interfere ?

Sarita - Did your friend not ask the doctor what all this means, as she is the one who got the pregnancy aborted. Although you may get help and advise on how the report is i.e whether its good or bad, but its better to get professional advise from a proper doctor.

Are you asking about the report on your friends behalf or without her knowing?

Correct Friends ! She is not telling me when I ask her..and I dont know how to know that ? Please help.

ok, here is a little clue for you.

Since your friend is not telling you, it means she doesn't
want you to butt in her affairs. Take the hint and stay out
of her business, instead of doing borderline illegal activities
like procuring her private medical records by whatever
means you used.

hey guys what if it could be a genuine desire to help her friend....
but ma doubt is that why her friend is hiding the situation from her..?????
..is it because she is not trust worthy ya the situation is really critical..
lemme ask ma medico friends about this medical report...

if her friend wanted her help she would have confided and asked for it ....
her friend obviously does not want her involvement .

and there is nothing critical about the situation the female is getting any help that she needs medically without her friend butting in and stealing and publishing her medical records.

i am sorry to know that you couldnt get the help which you wanted... but trust me after going through all this posts its what anyone would feel..you too have made us conclude so...

if you didnt get any help here that means ppl on this forum respect other ppls privacy .. unlike you

why are you meddling in some ones affairs ? why would you want to intrude into some ones privacy ?

In India it is ok I guess, everyone interferes in everyone else's privacy.
In the US you can get sued and jailed for stealing medical records.
In India you just bribe the doctor or nurse 500 rupees and you
will get the report no problem.
