Default looking bad after delivery...help!

hey women....please help me out. I've just lost my self-confidence as I feel i am not a good looking woman anymore. I feel I'm no longer gonna look attractive for my husband too. I just delivered twin babies 3mnths back and now I have become fat (in sense fat) Ive got prominent stretchmarks and now i look flabby in anything i wear. I cant even start gyming so soon. What do i do to get back into shape? please kindly advice me.

If your husband is not an insensitive jerk, he'll understand
and be supportive. If he is cribbing about your weight so
soon after delivering two lovely babies, then to hell with him
you don't have to make an effort to look attractive to that guy.

You can always take an hour of walk with your sweet little babies in the stroller everyday to start off - this will get you all out for fresh air and allow you to spend great quality time with them while you are shedding off the weight. It doesn't have to happen overnight but walking really does help getting rid of the weight we gain during pregnancy Congratulations by the way!

Congratulations adithi...you should b happy for your two lovely babies instead of taking so much of tension. I know gyming wouldn't be possible for you at such an early stage but you can go for a walk with your babies as it will really refresh you.
Have a good diet, make sure you have everything healthy as it will be good for your health as well as the babies. If you really want a healthy post-pregnancy diet, visit this site mickeymehtahbf.com. You eventually start losing that extra pregnancy weight also plus you will remain healthy.

take care

Great! delivering twin babies is not a simple one. First congrats for that. Try to do some house hold works and work for your babies. Have some walk in the evening with your babies, so that you will get relaxed. Be proud about your motherhood, than worrying about all these things. You will get your shape soon, don't worry.

It takes time for your body to get back to it's normal state after having a baby, let alone twins!

Don't worry about it. You have two lovely babies! Just start exercising when your doctor advises and you will be fine. In no time you will be chasing these two babies around and be thin again.

I'm sure your husband still thinks you're sexy! Take the babies on a walk, it doesn't have to be long. Don't do any hardcore dieting, but make healthier choices, lots of veggies, whole grains, low fat dairy (think skim milk).

And treat yourself to something that makes you feel good, a new haircut and color, mani/pedi, a new outfit. Find yourself some sexy lingerie, make yourself feel better and your husband will notice. Just take care of you first!
