Default Look good post delivery

After the delivery we often come face to face with the problem of what to wear. Now we need dresses that are comfortable and hide those extra kilos with grace. Carry the baby and nursing it also becomes important aspect while selecting a dress post delivery. Try out a pair of jeans preferably a straight cut but a good fit and team it up with decent sized t-shirts. Make sure that the t- shirt is not tight as it will make you look horrible because if the extra weight that have put on post delivery so loose t-shirts will be the right choice. They will also make feeding the baby an easy job. You can also choose from a wide range of knitted tops, long t-shirts and long tops to make a style statement.

I'm sure that's very aggravating to still have all that extra weight after the baby is gone. How long does it take to get rid of it? Does it just kinda naturally go away or is exercise a must?

Some of it shrinks back naturally, and breastfeeding the baby helps with that; some you have to work on. I think it also depends on how much weight you have gained during the pregnancy. Not all of it is "good weight," some women over-eat, using the excuse that they now have to eat for two.

Every women is different, and therefore everyones time to lose the baby weight or get back into shape is different. But it will eventually go, a top tip which has been given is breastfeeding, the more you breastfeed your baby, the more weight you will lose. After around 6-7 months you can start light exercise, as long as you dont exhaust yourself.
