Default School Pictures

How important are school pix to all the parents here? My mom used to FREAK out if I didn't look perfect. It used to drive me crazy. She'd be all over me about my pimples and about my hair. Ick! She was so rude. Sometimes I wanted to pick her ugly a** apart hahaha

My mom keeps my school pictures. She was never critical about how I looked on them, but if some didn't turn our very well she could honestly say so, without going into details as to why. I don't like my school pictures - don't like the memories, don't like how I looked.

Oh my gosh! That's terrible! I'm very sorry to hear about that I can't even imagine. Memories like that mean so much. Well, good thing is, you guys are okay, and that's what's most important

Yes, losing all the pics would be very sad... They are not something you can replace. Of course, you still have the memories, but it is easier to share them when you can show photos.

One of my biggest fears is losing my important items in a fire. Kinda random, I know. But one thing that makes me feel better is storing things online. It's nice too because then you can have them with you wherever you go and not have to lug them around

My mom didn't buy school pictures very often, but she always did save the sample photo that you get, and she put that in the photo album. She did buy my senior pictures. I never liked getting my picture taken. I always felt so stupid smiling for the camera.

I know what you mean. I hate how we are told we have to smile for pictures. I think we should just act normal, cuz it just looks really fake a lot of the time
