Default Homeschooling

What are your thoughts on homeschooling? Do you think it's better or worse for a child? I think it's a really negative thing unless they have some sort of special needs or something. It's very important for kids to go to school so they can learn to meet new people, interact and do something on their own. Also, it will prepare them for later in their life when they need to find a job etc. It's a great way for them to learn responsibility.

I am against homeschooling. It is unrealistic to think that a child can learn all the skills required to interact properly within the society just from the parents, let alone receiving the proper education. If there are special circumstances, then I guess it would be beneficial for the child. Otherwise, I don't think it is appropriate.

I think it's a good idea. You can't always depend on the education system these days, and I really believe that it's failing compared to that of other countries. This is a way that a child can get all the help that he or she needs.
