Default Homework help

It's so important to help your children with their homework. I remember when I lived with my mom, she would never help me or any of my siblings and it was really upsetting. I mean, I understand that she doesn't understand some of it, but she didn't even attempt. I used to LOVE how my dad would sit down with me, read my textbook with me and help me with the tough questions. I would do it for my kids if I had any. I would be just as into it as they were.

My mom helped me too, especially when I had just started school. I always had trouble with math, so she would try to help me understand how to do it. It is important, yes, it shows the child that the parents care.

Hmmm... Math? I've never heard of such a thing lol. Once I left High School, all memories of that topic have been erased from my memory

My mom always helped us with our work, and my dad helped out with the school projects even if we waited until the last minute to get it done. My mom was used to helping her siblings with their homework when they were growing up, so helping us came naturally.

I think that's really great of them! I think that really shows kids that they are loved and that their work is very important. My dad was always like that too. He helped me a LOT

It is a big help if moms teach their children in doing their homeworks. But parents should limit their teachings, so their children will learn too. You need to explain why they where given homeworks and how to solve them.

That's a good point too. I mean, if you help TOO much then your child won't know how to do things on their own and may expect you to do everything for them. So, let them try to figure things out before you give them answers

I have to admit I hate doing homework, it's probably because I see it as easy and get frustrated when my son can't see how easy it is but I have to remind myself he is still learning and it's all difficult to him, so I calm myself , relax and speak calmly and lots and lots of praise.
