Default Someone to look after the kids

If you are a working mother and you have a 1 and a 2 year old kids, would you hire someone to look after them or you would do the job yourself? I just want to know your opinion about this.

In my opinion, there could be nothing wrong with the idea. Just make sure that you have time with your kids after work. Kids at that age need their mother's presence a lot. Hire someone you personally know. How about that?

Do your research. With all the awful news stories about daycare providers mistreating children, it can be scary trusting somebody with your children. Sometimes you just have to trust somebody, so do your research.

Have you thought of resigning? I think you should stop working. Your kids need you a lot. If you cannot quit work, I think your parents could very well take care of your children.

it would be better to get someone that you really know. it might be a relative or a trusted friend. you should be really careful in getting a nanny for your kids, there are lots of bad news out there.

You're right, a trusted person would help you most, guys. Of course, this is also for your kids to be safe. How much do you usually pay for them?
