Today all parents want their children to be healthy. As young early school aged children go through remarkable physical changes of all kinds, their food intake becomes a critical aspect of this growth and development. Recent study has shown that nutritious food not only makes a child healthier but it makes him/her emotionally more stable, and it also improves school performance. As children tend to follow their parents' views on food along with their views on fashion, rock music, hair styles, etc, it is up to the parents to, to teach the importance of nutritious foods to the children and introduce it into the family menus.
