Is my favorite dish made with EGG. Ingredients : Egg, Sugar, Cardamom(If Needed) Recipe: Add desired amount of sugar to any number of eggs you wish. Stir really well (More you stir, better) and pour a very thin layer of the mix on a hot non stick pan. Once the mix start getting dry fold the egg (Mutta marikkal) to form a semi circle, Now pour some more mix along side the already cooked egg to make the circle again. once it starts getting cooked fold the other already cooked layers on the newly cooking egg. Repeat this as many times as possible until the mix is over or until you have had enough layers. Tip: make sure that some of the layers are slightly burnt and some of them are only partially cooked. Have it along with a cup of coffee in the evening.. |

partially cooked ? thats gross as well as unhealthy whether its this recipe that advocates it or the French ones |
