Hi! I read your thread asking for some recipes for eggplant. Here's one simple one: Ingredients: Oil Salt Chopped garlic and onions Soy Sauce Grounded pork Eggplant Egg First, saute the garlic and onions in oil. Make sure the oil is already hot when you do so. After wards, put the pork on. When its already half-fried, flavor it with some soy sauce and salt. When its done, you can then roast the eggplant, but not that much. The kind that is just enough for you to peel its skin after wards. Then, beat the egg. Put dip the peeled eggplant on the beated egg and put some fried pork in it too. Then fry the eggplant, just like that. Its really good with a sweet blend ketchup. Hope you like it. |

Wow! thank you very much for this great post. I remember that we still have eggplants in our refrigerator. Do you still have special recipe for other veggies like squash or bitter melon? |
