Default Plus size fashion

There are plenty of stores out there for the size 0 to 12 women, but options are limited for women sized 14 and up. It would be great if we could share some online options for the average sized women to shop for affordable, stylish clothing that doesn't look like it should be featured in a carnival magazine. Any suggestions out there?

My sister is a plus size. The one store that she always shops is Macy's. Although they are usually a pretty pricey store, she always finds coupons to use. The clothes fit her so nicely and are beautiful.

Thanks. I have shopped at Macys and do like their clothes, but have not found the coupon items. Where does she find those?

I've heard that Macy's has a very good selection of plus size clothes, too. I am not a plus size myself, the biggest I've been is size 14, and I have lost weight since then. I don't recall having trouble finding good size 14 clothes, but I ca imagine that it gets difficult after that. Most stores do seem to be oriented towards skinnier women, which is not fair.

Aside from Macy what other stores could I visit? I would like to buy a dress for my friend. I have seen her picture and she gained some weight. I don't know what is her exact size but certainly it is a plus size. She will arrive next month. I hope I could find one for her.

There's plenty in stores and even online stores which are based abroad and not in India. In India is so difficult to find something for larger sized women as women in India are generally very thin! I was always a chubby person and I found it so hard to find suitable sized clothes, which is why when i went to UK for a holiday I brought lots of clothes my size

Im sure you will find a lot of online sites (department stores) which sell plus sized clothes.
