What's your favorite source for potassium? Bananas are good, but eating them all the time can get a little boring and bland. I like that I can get potassium from potatoes, orange juice, and even pineapples.

Here's something fun you can do if you do like bananas: you can make smoothies. I think smoothies are really fun and they're so easy to make! You can put most anything you like in them. I like to add strawberries, blueberries, and some yogurt. I think it would make the bananas not so boring. Don't forget oranges, watermelon etc. There's so many fun things you can add

| You could make a yummy smoothie with those. That reminds me, I haven't had pineapple in a while. I usually share with my dog haha. She LOVES em

Parsley, cucumber, bell pepper, turmeric, apricots, ginger root, strawberries, avocado, banana, tuna, halibut, cauliflower and cabbage are also very good sources of potassium.
