I have been getting alot of bruising lately, the bruises often are big and very purple and take a long time to go away. I'm wondering if there might be something I can take to help with them?

How do you get them? Do you remember hitting against something or do the bruises just show up, seemingly for no reason? Easy bruising can be a sign of a more serious problem, I'd suggest to have it checked with the doctor.

People keep telling me to go see the doctors so I might have to, I just dont want to have to have a blood test, I hate needles. I do sometimes remember how they happened but not all the time.

That's strange. The same thing happens to me all the time. It could be that we aren't eating right.. I've always bruised easily, but I've never had so many bruises in my life. I should probably go to the doctor too, but I am also afraid of needles. I start crying at the thought of getting my blood checked. I can't handle tattoos and piercings, but not needles in my arm. Sounds terrible

unless the bruises are hickeys you should go to a doctor immediately.
