Banana
Excluding diabetics, everyone else should eat ripe bananas. Bananas strengthen the lining of the stomach & protect it from excess activity & ulcers. The high concentration of potassium helps maintain health in many ways. Banana helps in increasing body weight. It is available in off season also in the form of banana wafers.
