Talking Sources of Proteins

Good Sources
Meat, fish, chicken, goat -20-25 per cent proteins
Eggs – 13 per cent
Milk – 3-4 percent
Cheese, paneer – 15-20 per cent
Pulses and beans – 20-25 per cent
Oilseeds and nuts – 15-25 percent
Soyabean is the richest source containing over 40 per cent of protein.
