My dad followed the Canada food guide, for his "diet" and lost 20 pounds! All he did is eat healthy. I don't believe you have to cut out all carbs or meat or whatever, just follow the guide and eat healthy.. what do you think?

We try to follow the Canadian food guide at home as well, but not to the letter of course, because if one had to intake everything that's recommended, we'd be eating all day long. I believe it is a great source to eating healthy though and I guess your dad is one of the best examples of it.

| I'm sure it could work.. I think it all depends on the individual person and what works best for them
