| I don't know about you, but I find it very difficult to eat things that are good for me. I mean, I know that I should, but I always seems to crave the things that I KNOW I should try to stay away from. I'm doing better, but it's tough. Does anyone have any tips?

I don't really find it tough to eat right, as I have been disciplining myself for the past five years to do so. But the temptation is always there for sure. What you can start with is really going gradually. Don't give up on the things that you enjoy all in one shot. Just change one thing every other week. For example, if you usually reach for chips, reach for carrot sticks or celery instead. Prepare them in advance in little plastic bags and keep them in the fridge. This way, when you get the munchies, you can go and grab them immediately. Once this has become a habit, go for another thing that you would like to change. It takes time and patience but once you got it, you don't give up on it. |

| I like the idea of putting things in little baggies in the fridge. Cuz honestly, now that I think about it, I go for whatever's easiest, and that typically is something bad for me Thanks!

I used to have a hard time getting myself to eat right, and I still have a little bit of trouble, but things are slowly changing for the better for me. Ever since I gave up red meat, I've been gradually eating better food. I think you have to start with a small change and go from there.
