Default Eggs for healthy Nutrition

Eggs are highly nutritious and one must include them in regular healthy diet. Being source of high protein eggs help repair and building of body tissues and muscles. Biotin in eggs prevents birth defects in newborns. An egg a day can help improve vision. Vitamin A of eggs lowers the risk of development of cataract. Vitamin D in eggs keeps bones strong. Choline of eggs improves concentration levels and good for brain. It also lowers the risk of heart strokes and attacks as it protects the blood vessels and prevents formation of blood clots. Egg is an excellent source of sulphur, vitamin B12, proteins, biotin which enhances beauty by giving smooth skin and nice hair texture and growth. Check for the freshness of the egg by placing it in a bowl of water. If it sinks it is fresh to consume, if it floats it is stale.

Very well said shama. I usually eat egg in my breakfast. That's where I get my energy early in the morning. How do you often eat eggs?

I love eggs, and my favorite way to eat them is hard-boiled. I also make egg salad sandwiches and cook them with spinach too. Eggs are one of the most versatile foods you can have, which is great.

In my area, eggs have been on sale a lot lately, so we eat them a lot more. I also like that you can eat them for whatever meal that you want. Is there a way of fixing eggs that are more healthy than any other method? I've been meaning to try a hard boiled egg.

I don't eat eggs at all. I believe that I was over fed them as a child, and now I can't even stand the smell of them.

Of course I don't mind eating them as an ingredient it cakes etc, so long as I can't taste the egg I'm okay.

Poor bubble, it's too bad you can't enjoy eggs!

I like them. Hard boiled, fried, or in a salad. Deviled eggs are our family favorites. I also like boiling eggs in such a way that the whites are done but the yolks are still liquid; then I mash them up and mix them with fresh bread. It's a dish I was fed as a kid, and I still like it.
