Which has the more nutrients or vitamins fruits themselves or fruit juice. What I have heard is that in a liquid the nutrients go quicker to your body than solid food, but I don't know how true this may be? So which would give the most nutrients out of the two? Or should you combine the both? |

I don't know if that's true or not, but I think that a piece of raw fruit will have more nutrients in it. Unlike juice, it's not processed, and there probably wasn't anything added to it. If you want, you can always make your own juice at home using fruit that you squeeze.

Fruits are much better than fruit juices, because things like the pulp around the orange is incredibly good for you. Also juice from concentrate does not have near the nutrients of freshly squeezed juice.

In my opinion, fruits that are freshly squeezed by you is healthier than eating the fruit itself. You could use some of the juicers available that juices even the pulp and rind. Liquid is absorbed faster by the body. |

Entire fruits are always better than the juice as most of the nutrients are found in the skin or the pulp. Since certain juices don't contain neither of these, they have obviously less nutritional value than the fruits.
