Its important for everyone to have a good balance of nutrients in our body, which helps our body for growth and activities carried out on a day to day basis.

There are actually 7 major and important types of nutrients which come into the categories of fats, proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, minerals and water.

Its important to have a bit of all the nutrients everyday, which will keep you well, away from any health problems and keep your body healthy!

That is quite true, i have also started to follow a dietery schedule provided by my doctor as he found that my life style and my food habbits are really opposite. so it's a good idea to talk to your doctor on this to avoid many kind of deficiencies.

Due to lifestyle changes your food habiits do change, but its very important that we include all the nutrients in our food during the day. Its not so hard and can easily be done, all you need to do is add variety and different dishes in your daily or weekly food menu, which will allow you to get all the vital nutriants that you need.

Our bodies consistently need nutrition to keep our bones healthy and our muscles and organs functioning properly. We should try to eat the best food possible. Protein, calcium and anti-oxidants are very important for cell growth and protecting ourselves from disease. Of course in our busy lifestyles sometimes it is necessary to grab fast food, but as long as you try to eat healthy the rest of the time, your ok.

I personally think that the next big thing for products would be a blend. You might already seen on a lot of magazine ads about protein blend (a mixture of whey, casein, egg, micellar protein and other protein type). This is supposedly good as it will satisfy your body's requirement of protein for either short and longer hours (each protein got absorbed at a different speed). So apart from this kind of blend, I think we are going to see a lot more variety of blends in the future, that might erase the need for a lot of supplements on your kitchen. An all in one.

Heterotrophic means obtaining ready made organic food from the environment and Autotrophic means manufacturing food from inorganic compounds usualy carbon dioxide, water using a source of energy

Autotrophic nutrition is a process where plants make food by combining large complex organic molecules such as starch, lipids and protien with simple inorganic molecules like water, carbon dioxide and minerals.
Example: plants

Hetrotrophic nutrition is where organism feed on organic substances that have been made by other organisms.

Examples are animals and fungi

Unless anyone here has used it, we won't know.... but there should be an 800 number on the package and you should be able to call the company and ask them. They can tell you right away what color it should be without question, whereas people here might give what their interpretation of it was.

Personal experience of finding the answers to similar questions, plus I'm a Product Specialist for a vitamin company and people ask questions like this all the time... it's not a big deal.

Eat a rainbow of food. (preferably not skittles!)

Eating a rainbow of food helps you get balanced nutrition. If all your food is brown or tan, then you might be in trouble.

It is definitely true. Try also the food pyramid as a guide to daily nutrition. Drink natural fruit juices everyday and most importantly drink plenty of water everyday to keep you and your skin fresh nad young looking.

I wish I could say I followed nutrition guidelines, but it's so hard for me. I'm not fat, and I'm not insanely fit, but I am just tired all the time. All I wanna do is lay down all day most the time lol. It makes me feel really, really lazy!!

Does anyone have any tips on how to eat better and want to exercise more.
