Default Numbness In Legs and Arms

I feel like I may have bad circulation, because a lot of the time (especially when I lie down to go to sleep) my legs/arms feel kind of tingly. I've always worried that there could be something wrong with me. There have been a lot of health issues in my family lately, so I may be worried for nothing.

I was curious if anyone knew what I could do to help this. I know I do sit a lot of the time and I've been trying to walk more and stretch, but sometimes it just doesn't seem to help at all.

I also feel very fatigued most the time, and tire very easily. Could these two be related?

It could be related. When was the last time you had a full medical check-up?It is important these days to regularly check your health. Try taking some lemon and honey to boost your energy. It also clears toxins etc in your body.

I would advice you to go the doctor immediately and
get things checked out. Go to a drugstore and check
your blood pressure first if you don't want to go to a
doctor.

I agree, go see a doctor. So you will know exactly what is wrong with your body. Numbness in the limbs are not normal, specially if its happening often.

It sounds like poor blood circulation, which could be related to many health issues, and it does make you really tired. Last year, I was having the exact same problem, but the doctors didn't help very much. I went and bought a 7 day total body cleanser which included natural herbs to help with blood circulation as well as detoxing the entire body, and to be honest I haven't had numbness or tingling since, and have way more energy than I used to. Regular exercise, tea, and such herbs to help with blood circulation may be the answer.

You don't happen to have a history of diabetes in your family? I've heard that tingly feeling could be related. You don't have blurred vision from time to time, do you?

I'm not sure if it would help but my uncle is an athlete and every time he goes to sleep he feels numbness in his feet like yours and what he does to prevent the numbness is he eats at least 2 bananas before going to sleep because according to him bananas has potassium and potassium helps in relaxing our muscles.
