Yes, chamomile is known for its soothing and calming effect, it is good as a natural sleep remedy. Cold chamomile tea can be also used topically to treat skin irritation / pimples.

It is not an instant cure, you would need to treat the affected spot daily, perhaps a couple times a day. But it does help.

Sounds good. What does chamomile tea taste like?

It would probably help me with my nervous disposition and anxiety.

Chamomile can also help cure a stomach ache, intestinal cramps and diarrhea.

I used to brew a chamomile tea bag in aloe vera juice with a broken Vitamin E capsule or 2 and rinse my face with it. My skin was nice and clear. To brew I put all the ingredients in a mug and put it in the microwave on high for a minute and 20 seconds or so and let it sit a little while after. You only need enough aloe vera juice to submerge the tea bag.

Chamomile is a great tea, but I have to have it mixed in with some other flavor as I just don't like the way it tastes. If I could just get beyond that!!

Default chamomile tea

I do have very hectic pain during my menstrual period. I cannot able to do even very simple jobs. I have tried so many things, but none of them is effective. If chamomile tea may cure that, i will definitely try it.

Your mom might be right. There are still many things that we might not know about herbal teas and the like. Pass me downs might be accurate. I will definitely bear this in mind when my times comes.

I am one of those people that add milk to their tea? I have never tried chamomile tea before. Is it ok to add milk to it or will it taste weird?

Well according to some it is good for cleansing the intestines because it has a lot of fiber. In this way it might help in preventing colon cancer or any digestive system disorder.

I love chamomile tea because of its calming effect. I drink this whenever I'm stressed-out or anxious. It's really effective.
