Default Tired Feet

Being a busy woman, I often find I have hot, swollen and tired feet at the end of a hectic day.

Is there anything I can do to help revive my feet, cool them down and reduce the swelling?

what about soaking in warm water with some sea salt in it? maybe around 15 minutes or so....maybe, you could do a spot of massaging as well

During the day, try to stretch and relax your legs from time to time. And when you arrive home, sit on a comfortable chair and raise your legs and feet up. Your legs must be higher than your hips. This will calm down your nerves and bring the blood back into your system. It may even prevent varicose veins.

Another way is soaking it in warm water like what liza123 said.

I hope this helps.

Is massaging your feet after a tiring day okay? Someone here in our place says it isn't a god thing to do that's why I asked here.

Smile Magic Solution!

I heard this idea ages ago and am so glad that I did.

Just get some cheap moisturiser, nothing expensive.

Add a few drops of peppermint oil to ithe moisturiser and mix it through.

Trust me it is the nicest coolest feeling and the whole room smells refreshing.

Hope it works for someone.

Honeyberry is right! i hanged up both my two feet when i got home. Sometimes because of tiring day, i remain in that position sleeping.

After a busy and tiredsome life, the best natural soothing agent is natural coconut oil, heat oil and apply to the feet and massage for sometime before sleeping in the night, it helps in taking off the heat from the body.
The other is keep your legs elevated when you sleep, your pain in the feet will be subsided.

I have one of these massage machines - what I have is a Thumper but anything else that stimulates will do - and I just place it on my feet when they're tired. It stimulates the nerves and removes the tiredness.

I agree with honeyberry. Elevating your feet would really be good for your tired feet. Soaking in warm water is good too but don't wet your feet right after you get home. Wait for at least an hour before doing that or you'll get spasms.
