A well grown aloe vera plant can be used for treating associated symptoms , following are few examples.
You can use them in jaundice (few drops of juice instilled in nostrils)
Liver disorder (along with turmeric powder, taken twice a day)
In wounds (boil aloe leaves, take inside part & use as poultice over wounds)
Burning sensation & burns (paste of cumin with aloe juice applied over the affected area)
Aloe is found to be good against piles, soothing arthritis & rheumatic pans & also treating blood dysentery.

I completely agree with you that aloe vera is a miracle plant. My granny was using it during all her life successfully. I think that every family should have this plant in the house.
